Monet: The Man Himself

Here is a collection of utterly beautiful paintings by the incredible Claude Monet, that I wanted to share with you.  I have always been a fan of his work especially his variations of the Waterlilies and in particular his Impression of the Sunrise. I love the warm hues in his paintings, the blurry impressionable strokes that create a dreamy and idyllic sense of imagery.

With no holidays booked so far, I'll just be gazing into more of Monet's paintings for now...the beautiful landscapes and glittering reflections seem to transport my imagination to a wonderful kind of place.

Really stunning work to say the least, what a legend! XXX

He is absolutely one of my favorites. I find his work so moving and sweet (I think my mom cultivated a love for Monet in me from a young age!) I remember sitting and looking through art books with her when I was little, and it was Monet's work that always stood out to me most.
